- Drink more water – this can help reduce stress hormones
- Prayer or meditation – this can help provide comfort, maybe pop out to the grotto on your site if you have one
- Family time – family can help you feel loved, laugh and can help
- Friendships – chatting and laughing with young Travellers you are friends with can help make you feel better
- Treat yourself – doing something nice like having a takeaway you enjoy or getting your nails done can help improve your mood
- Exercise – sport, walking, swimming is good for clearing your mind
- You can use any of these or none of these to help you deal with anxiety. The best way is to find out what works for you.
